Posture Control Insoles - 2009 Update

Hello Everybody,

I haven't posted here in quite a while. Anyway, I think that the purpose of this blog has been reached. So far I posted all the info regarding my experience with the Posture Control Insoles. I still wear the insoles and they are great. No complaints whatsoever. I haven't had knee or ankle problems ever since and I'm enjoying all physical activities (hiking, tennis, backpacking, skiing, skating and such); not to mention walking. My overall posture has definitely improved and my feet & leg muscles are stronger. That's pretty much it.
I plan to expand the blog to include as much available information about flat feet as possible. I noticed that many of you reach this blog by searching for the "Exercises for Flat Feet" posted here, so I figured that the more info about flat feet I put here, the better.
I also activated the comments, so feel free to write.
Best of luck in the recession!

This blog was/is discussed with criticism on the podiatry forum named Podiatry Arena. I posted a few replies there under the name Alex606, but I'll let you (the reader)be the judge. Here is the link: http://www.podiatry-arena.com/podiatry-forum/showthread.php?t=4088&page=1&pp=30

The discussion in this thread relates to a few other threads on the same forum. Here is one of them: Rothbarts insoles, where Dr. Brian Rothbart is the subject of the criticism.

I will not be discussing here any persons and/or topics from that forum nor will I reply here to any of their posts. My posts there were obviously not welcome.

Following the discussion there, I was accused of spamming. To avoid any confusions, I removed some of the links to the Morton's foot website from this blog. The link to Morton's foot website (Posture Control Insoles) can be found under the "Links" category on the right side of the page. The adds by Google, also present in the right side of this blog were left unchanged since they pertain to a topic discussed previously and were introduced there to prove a point.

Cheers, Alex
